- Tornado Posts are classified as opaque white and are UV stabilized for use in direct Australian sunlight.
- Vehicle Impact Tested according to AS1742.2 2009.
Cold Testing:
Tested at -5°C to 0°C
Returned to normal / straight after < 30 seconds
Central 1.5Kg impact from 1.5 incurred no damage
Heat Testing:
Tested at 55°C to 65°C
Returned to normal / straight after < 30 seconds
Central 1.5Kg impact from 1.5m incurred no damage
Installation:
The Tornado Posts are to be installed by pre-digging, inserting the post and backfilling. Designed for use in soft to moderate density ground, a manual driver and auger can be utilised. Recommended minimum 400mm in ground depth.
